A Second Look

You’re unique. The way we think we should fix the world is probably a lot different than how you think it should be done. So, instead of arguing or pushing our customers in one direction, we’re letting you choose how you want to help.

We’ve expanded our campaign to include a greater number of charities so that it more adequately represents the entire spectrum of global crises and social issues. Disaster relief, education, the environment, substance abuse, social injustice, the arts and health and medical research are all covered in our new campaign. Each charity’s expenses have been investigated to ensure they have low administrative and fundraising costs. We do this because it only makes sense that the greatest amount of your donation should go directly to the cause itself.

There’s a difference between big words and big actions. We prefer the latter, which is why we’ve stepped up to the plate with a totally new donation scale. With each item you purchase we will increase the percentage of your sale that goes to charity. Purchasing one item will result in a 5% donation, two items gets a 7% donation and we will donate 10% of sales of three items or more. Not many retailers can say that they donate up to 10% of their purchases to charity every single day of the year. We can. We do it because being part of the solution to humanity’s challenges sits right next to profit on our bottom line.
